Payment Policy
Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. You can call 770-608-3343 to pay by phone.
Observers, Infants, & under-aged children are NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must be a paid participant to attend a painting party.
The International Languages and Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunded or provided with class credit.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your attendance, you must contact us 48 hours prior or earlier to the start of the session in order to get a full refund or a class credit.
There won’t be any refund or credit issued for cancellation notices received in less than 48 hours prior to the start of the painting session.
If you do not show for a scheduled session or cancel in less than 48 hours, no refund or credit will be issued.
Please leave a message if you are unable to speak to someone at the time of your call as our calls are all date and time stamped.
Alcohol Policy:
BYOB. Wine & Beer or non-alcoholic drinks only. No alcohol during Family Day/All-Age classes.
Cups will be provided.
Please bring your own ice, if needed.
Privacy Policy:
By not objecting , you allow photographs and videos to be taken during the party. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the participation at the party and for the drafting of a list of participants which may be publicly published, and placing photographs in the pictures gallery accessible publicly online and on social medias, in the Center’s newsletter, or selecting some for articles in a journal or newspaper, or in any other online or printed publication.
